No White in Winter....

So there's a rule that says, "No White Shoes After Labor Day". Some of us have stuck to this rule as long as we remember. But Why??? After doing some research, most of the stuff that i found had to do with temperature. They say that white reflects light and heat making you cooler, which isn't a good thing. The rule is actually a southern tradition that actually only means no white pumps, pants, jeans, dresses, shorts, skirts, or sandals. So what about brides?? Well personally i wouldn't be caught dead with white pumps, especially not on my wedding day. I'd simply find a nice silver sandal. White pumps are the most hideous things to put on your feet and if i see you with some, ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER, i think i might turn my nose up at you...no lol.
